When I started using this app, I was 260 pounds and had a hard time on the first day. I had wanted to start running but failed several times. With the gradual process this app takes you through I was finally able to succeed. Im now 45 pounds lighter and ran a 5k already and will run a 10k this weekend. Just follow the program. It works.
