I just got back in from a run. Ok so Im only in week 2 but I really love that I was able to go from totally unfit to now running 1.5mins without my heart jumping out my throat. I love that the app allows me to easily select my music to run to and I love the encouraging words periodically as I go through a session. I definitely have felt a surge in my endurance and I am grateful for the help of this running app. Some people need a running partner, 5k runner is MY running partner of choice!
