This app is easy to use and it will make you want to run more while you get better at it without overdoing it!

Easy & awesome

Really helps you get started with running or re-started if youve had a break. Very easy to use. Steps you through the C25K program and tracks your progress. Just dont forget to run it in the foreground if you are running another app (like music) at the same time.

Nice App for beginners

Great app but... it pauses the session when I switch apps.

This app has been great for me as I have picked up running. One issue with this app is that it pauses the session when you switch apps. When Im in the middle of a run and get the cue to walk I like to go to Pandora or Audible to make adjustments. It took me several minutes while waiting for the cue to run to figure out what had happened. My phone is in a waist band and its hard enough to navigate already.

Great for outdoor running poor app for running on treadmill

This app is great only for outdoors as it tracks your run via gps. It doesnt allow you to edit or update data if you are running on the treadmill. So if you ran for 30 minutes on the treadmill it records a .16 mile run.

Start Running

Great way to start running.

So far so good!

Used this app for the first time today and thought it was great! I like how the app tells you when to run and walk and offers words of encouragement. Today was very easy; looking forward to more challenging workouts. Great way to work your way back in to shape gradually and injury free!!!

Non-runner

I love the app. I can go back & re-do precious levels if needed. I like the feature of managing my music through the app so the commands can override the music.

Great way to get back into shape

I have used this app for a while off and on. Amazing how quickly your endurance builds up. It isnt overwhelming right away. The gradual build up is perfect for me. I have never been one who enjoys running but my mind has been changed.

Great App! Lost 60lbs!!

This is a great app. I was never a runner and didnt even understand why people went for any long distance runs. Weighing at 270lbs (58 height, age 34, asthmatic), I was skeptical and was afraid I wouldnt be able to do this but decided to go for it. I pushed and never gave up. Its been 5 months and now Im down to 210lbs and loving to run! I completed 5k and 10k events and I can even consistently run for 8.5mi on my long runs. This app is great!! Now Im working on increasing my pace using their pacer apps!! Highly recommend!! Tip: You WILL have bad days, dont let a bad day define your progress. When I had bad days, I just did the workout again on the next running day until I could complete it before moving on to the next one. Dont give up and dont stop once you complete it all.

A Must Have For Beginning Runners

If you have never run this is a must have app. It starts off slow and gradually builds up. You can also go back and repeat the different workouts. Its great. Well worth the money.
