This app is like having a real coach! You can do it at home in the winter, and take it on the road in the summer. The 30 minute segments give me a real workout that helps keep my heart healthy, and my blood pressure on point. Yea. I put the raw onions and apples in my salads to help with blood pressure, but these 30 min walks that this app helps you get done makes everything work better! This app, The 5K Run, is a life saver!!!

It will transform you

I love using this app and just finished the entire 8 week program. Took me a few years, I kept falling off track and would have to start over. Thats the best part about this app. You can repeat a day as many times as you need. You can go back if you need more training. I love the vocal cues letting me know Im halfway done or almost there. The badges helped me feel accomplished and kept me motivated. I like the interface and the app is very easy to use. I recommend it to all my friends interested in trying a couch to 5k. Maybe Ill try their 10k app next!

First time runner

Havent run since my last P.E. class long ago. This program is really motivating and sets a good pace for me to get acclimated to an increased pace.

Literally changed me into a runner

I was the furthest from being a "runner" you could get before I downloaded this app. Id look at runners and wish I could have their endurance and will power. This app has turned me into one of "them"!!! Im a runner! Thank you for helping me reach one of my long-long-time goals!

Highly Recommend this App

When I started using this app, I was 260 pounds and had a hard time on the first day. I had wanted to start running but failed several times. With the gradual process this app takes you through I was finally able to succeed. Im now 45 pounds lighter and ran a 5k already and will run a 10k this weekend. Just follow the program. It works.

At 53 and never been an athlete, I completed this easy to use program! If you pick up your foot, put on some good tunes, and let HIM put it down, you can do it too!! One step at a time ....Just try it!

This app is fantastic! Perfect to get up to speed with, works with my music, if Im running on the street (not gym) works withy GPS (nike +) and my music. Love this app.
