I think this is an excellent app to start training and then continue on with the advanced training app for speed.
Has taken me way longer than 8 weeks because I never ran when I was a kid and Im not able to consistently have the time to run. However I can now run over a mile which is something I never could do before. In addition, I actually enjoy it! Great app. Also love the new mapping feature so I can track where Ive been and how far Ive run.
I have used this app many times. Its a personal challenge to complete a 5k. I have started the training multiple times because life seems to get in the way and I dont complete it. Starting again today! I like the pace it sets because Im overweight at 230 lbs and have to be careful to not overdo it and injure myself. Its perfect for me. Love this app!

I bought this to train for a 5k and got training for a healthy lifestyle. Well worth the investment. I make the different workouts about of my cardio routine
Is a good app to get you ready to run again. Just make sure you are using proper form. Now I am using the first workouts to improve my time by sprinting 1 minute and walking 1.5 along with alternating days on 5k pacer.

I love that you can fast forward and go back to other segments of the run. Sometimes I pick it up after a warm up and its very convenient. Also, it dates your previous runs and saves them automatically.
It has really helped me ease back into running!
